Work and stress

In our life , we make progress to live better and we can say that progress is too speedy , it causes stress and generally its related to work .

The stress has major factors specially when it's related to work .

First of all , we can say that population grow faster and the job become a must to have their needs .

Secondly , there is a lack of motivation in some companies and organizations , the workers do many activities and tasks in a short time moreover the workers do not know how to manage the stress due the lack of free times .

I think if we do not know how to manage the stress , conflits increase , and I suggest more training about this topic "how to manage the stress" because it 's not in our culture to do activities in order to manage the stress , the worker can manage the stress individually by practicing sport in order to have new and more energy to progress in work.

I think that the real reason to work is to reach the self realization . It is the only way ,for me, to like your job .

I think that if you like your job you will be satisfied and when you are satisfied you make a real evolution and you will be aspired by diffrent inventions and you will be more creative .Another thing you can reach if you work for your self realization first you will have more confiidence in yourself and you will be able to make new project for your company and yourself too .

I think that people need self realization in their work , for me it's the perfect way to share their knowledge , experience, and life , I believe that it can help others by being helpful and it's priceless because it's human.

From my point of view as a sociologist , there is a social tension and it is very common in the tunisian companies , for several reasons :

-The rise of cost living and the fall of purchasing power

-The evolution of life style

-Many workers believe that they are under payed in comparaison of their effort

-Freshly , persons expect to rise enough fund to realize their willings to have a car , to travel , and to have a family .

-Employers are working under intense stress and pressure because they are asked to be very productive , quick, and multitasked.

-There is no attention to stress management , neither to divertissement , in the developped countries the companies and institutions offer several ways of leasure and past time (travel, sport , cinema , theater , the ways of deliverance from to stess of work as practising meditation and YOGA to ease the stress level between employers .

The work in Tunisia is related to the repeated work and activities .

This is the principal cause of stress and I think it's the cause of dismiss most of the workers even the closing of the company or a firm. This kind of problem can affect indirectly the society by increasing the rate of unemployment.

The rate of unemployment hits the level of 15% at the first quarter of 2015, in the second quarter the rate reachs 15,2%, according to the national institute of statistic.This rate revises upwards , some experts think that this number can reach 18% which is very high .
