The question of the genocide of Burandi has arisen for a very long time, it is necessary to go back more than twenty years to understand how the tragedy has been established. It is from 1903 that Burandi was part of German East Africa, after the First World War the country falls under the reign of the Belgian colonial empire which relies on the Tutsi authorities.
History and origin of the Genocide:

The independence of the country was proclaimed in July 1962, when King Mwanbusta IV established a reign of constitutional monarchy which was abolished in 1966. The clashes between the Tutsi and the Hutu took place in the 1960s, The 1970s the Hutu insurrections were suppressed and the massacres reached thousands of victims. The latent conflicts between Hutu and Tutsi continued in the 1970s and 1980s and resulted in a Burundian civil war in 1993. In 1993, Mr. Nadaday chaired the republic, he was the first president appointed by the elections. A few months after the Tutsi blinded by ethical hatred, captured and killed him, this triggered a civil war and caused the death of Around one hundred thousand Hutu and Tutsi civilians, which overwhelmed development in the Burandi region.

The question of genocide arises again to break this resistance, so the regime to resurrect the "HUTU - Tutsi war". The repression was more and more violent, first aimed at the Democratic Hutu leaders presented as traitors to an ethical cause. The repression continued inside Burandi by terrorizing rural families, a red line was crossed when the military attacked the armories.

Under the pretext, rebel attacks, refuges in protesting quarters the regime released police and militia in the streets, and men were slaughtered they would be brutalized and a hundred would be killed.

How we can fight against this :

This situation is all the more worrying in the eyes of NGOs because the violence of the Burundian regime is also directed against civil society. The return of civil society in this conflict while using the means of communication could find a common basis for reducing this conflict and encouraging communication. In this type of society, civil society is a means of appeasing massacres and conflicts. The two tribes, the notorious political body of rural communities, have long been the touchstone of any understanding of the sociology of these countries which make the tribe a kingdom and a force that surpasses governments. As in Europe, in the Age of Enlightenment, historians had to prove the excellence of their method and the soundness of their theories on the fall of the Roman Empire in the Maghreb.
