I think the Mena region deserves more attention to enable it to evolve and develop. This work must concern several axes at the same time: First line: Education: There is evidence that there has been real progress in access to education, but that there are still systems of education that remain inadequate in terms of assimilation of basic skills. This is evident in the lag in skills demanded and required in the labor market and those taught.
