I think the Mena region deserves more attention to enable it to evolve and develop. This work must concern several axes at the same time: First line: Education: There is evidence that there has been real progress in access to education, but that there are still systems of education that remain inadequate in terms of assimilation of basic skills. This is evident in the lag in skills demanded and required in the labor market and those taught. Second line: Gender: There is a reversed gap in this region of the Mena which presents itself in the non-recognition of social performances and equal opportunities...

Localized on the east of Mounastir, Archipelago Kuriat is ignored by the Tunisian government. With sandy shores; the island is characterized by a development of an extensive sandy cord. In Tunisia the employment rate was about 15,2 percent last semester of 2015 but in Febuary 2016 it grows to reach 15,4 percent : 12,5% for male and 22,8% for Female , , the Tunisian population hit 11.154.400 in july 2016. The Unemployment rate of higher education graduates by gender : male : 20,3% Female : 39,8%.
